A conference to dare to get moving differently—one that provides the tools that make concrete progress

Since 2017, DOT Training has provided knowledge and reflections to better understand how our Western society was built. DOT allows you to settle down, take the time to reflect and identify who "I am" in this system and what "I want" to move towards so that my professional actions have meaning.

Today, DOT invites you to take ACTION, thanks to the DOT Dare program, created by Florence Jacob, M. Sc. Management, a specialist in contexts of transformation and change, whether strategic, tactical, operational, structural, cultural or even technological. Florence is part of this new generation that knows the new destinations. She also teaches at McGill University.

This service includes a conference and a possibility of up to two supplementary workshops

DOT – Dare Program Intent​

Our world is in full transformation, the timing is perfect to move!

DOT-Ose invites you to explore human-centered innovation to equip you so that your ideas can come to fruition and have an impact.

DOT-Ose will present the main stages of the Design Thinking which addresses techniques for “solving complex problems” with multiple stakeholders in order to design business opportunities differently.

The DOT-Ose conference will allow you to be exposed to an approach to creating value for your idea or your project.

Following the conference, if you wish, you can continue with the Labo-DOT: two 90-minute virtual workshops – a safe and confidential space – to explore and “prototype” your ideas or projects.
