DOT Orientation (DOT – O)

A program offered exclusively to DOTters

To glimpse a new, more stimulating professional direction!

Since 2017, approximately 90% professionals have followed the Training DOT find their professional “X” and have a much clearer direction

That said, approximately 5-10% of these DOTters (those who have completed the DOT Training) would like to go even further in their quest by giving themselves a little more time to find their life mission – which is not yet precise – from which a possible and realistic professional mission inevitably emerges.

DOT – O is created and offered by Lyse Mérineau, PCC, and DOTter since 2018

Lyse worked as a manager in the communications sector for over 20 years. She held management positions and managed multidisciplinary teams, ensuring strategic planning and the implementation of communications programs for clients of Canadian communications agencies.

For 18 years, Lyse has developed particular expertise in career coaching for people who are questioning their career, their purpose and their passion.

In the fall of 2021, Lyse Mérineau joined MJ Caya. They allow DOT to offer a unique and even more advanced orientation program to DOTters who want to pursue their professional and personal alignment.

We now know, after a few cohorts, that DOT-O has proven itself and can really transform your life gently and make it more harmonious.

DOT – O Program Structure

An in-depth approach that takes place over a period of three months, with a meeting approximately every 3 weeks
Maximum of 6 people admitted in each small cohort
Series of 4 meetings – preceded by a 30-minute individual meeting conducted by the facilitator with each DOTter
The four meetings are held via Zoom and take place on Saturday mornings from 8:30 a.m. or 9:00 a.m.
Each meeting lasts between 2.5 and 3.5 hours depending on the theme
A buddy system will be established to support and increase the power of the approach between meetings and may be continuous beyond the meetings.
Also includes, during the DOT-O, an additional 30-minute individual coaching meeting
An annual follow-up will be carried out as part of the DOT anniversary, which takes place in early fall.

How do I know if it's for me?

I want to take a step further to find what really suits me and make it shine in my professional life.
I know myself well but I can't seem to put my finger on the work that is really right for me.
I have an “acute nausea” of feeling out of place in my work.
I have a deep desire to make a difference based on who I am in my essence versus based on an image or belief of what I think I should do.
I am ready to find the answers within myself and to go beyond my resistances and beyond what I “already know”

I will put an end to comparison and devaluation, by recognizing and updating my uniqueness, which will allow me to make aligned professional choices that will respect who I fundamentally am
I will find my vital energy, harmonize it with my mental energy and with my heart.
